Comment and I'll give you a letter; then you have to list 10 things you love that begin with that letter. After, post this in your journal, and give out some letters of your own. Let me know if you want a letter.

From the lovely Alaskhah... :)

List seven songs you are into right now. No matter what the genre, whether they have words, or even if they're not any good, but they must be songs you're really enjoying now. Post these instructions in your LiveJournal along with your seven songs. Then tag seven other people to see what they're listening to.

1.Butterflies & Hurricanes--Muse (total piano-envy)
2.Untitled- Tom McRae
3.Breakthru-Queen
4.Passacaglia--BSG soundtrack by Bear McCreary
5.Cover Me--Candlebox (I don't care WHAT genre one's into...that song's a frakkin JAM)
6.Sympathy for the Devil--GnR cover
7.In the Lap of the Gods--Revisited--Queen (Live version, off Live at Wembley...*sniffle*

Anyone wants a go, consider yourself tagged. :)

Where was your soul born?[pics + detailed answeres]

Your soul was born in the Ocean. The true daydreamer. Your element is Water. You're calm and collected, just like Earth, but unlike Earth you love to daydream. You love to create a world of your own and just drift away in daydreams. You observe but you rarely interfere. You don't like large crowds, but you have a few friends and you're not afraid of making more as long as you don't have to take the first step. You're careful to pick your words and you hate to hurt people. You are very easily hurt yourself and if someone harms you or your friends in any way, you will probably never trust that person again. You need to face the world. You can't hide in your dreams forever. Don't give up just because something didn't go as you planned! More chances will come.

Have a few resumes floating about out there now, so waiting
for the call (if any) whilst completing housework. (Yuck)
So...thought I deserved a break, and I'm FINALLY getting down
to writing my con report. Should I have done it when I'd first
gotten back and it was fresh in my mind? Maybe, but it's all
such a (wonderful) blur, I doubt it'd make much difference.

Okay, so...here goes. Ang's (Ink, or wirthless)muddled & ultimately
redundant con report:

You will probably be abducted. The best way to avoid this is to cover your head, and all of your electrical equipment with aluminum foil. This helps cut down on electric pollution as well.

Managed to get a bit more done, so I
thought I'd post the progress.

finding all the parts to the N64.

I've really put myself under the gun to get a presentable portfolio together in a matter of weeks...and in an effort to keep it diversified, I could use some design ideas. (I tend to get in ruts artistically...)
Suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

As I puruse my music collection, I find myself wondering what others are listening to these days. If you think of it, list three of your all time favorite songs. (Y'know, the ones you sneakily hit the repeat button on your stereo for, or crank up and belt out in your car every time it comes on...) With or without explanation.

Three of my faves:
I'm in Love With My Car ~Queen
(I'm not, but it's a great tune!!)
Exit Elvis ~ Tribe of Judah

& Boy With a Bubblegun ~Tom McRae
(Thanks Deeds! New fave!)

What's everyone listening to?

Well, windows are installed, and the nasty bit of drywall that was a casualty of installation has been replaced, but somehow things still haven't quieted much. Had a problem with one of the cars, (Evidently it's optimal to have the battery replaced BEFORE it's going on 6 years...Who knew? We were going for a record.) and the old dog needed to go to the vet. (His battery is fine. Needed bloodwork done.)
Still trying to get into the holiday spirit, although I'm fairly certain that said dog gave me a hearty Bah Humbug as the tech poked him with the needle. In two weeks the tree goes up, and here's hoping he's grown out of his ornament removal phase!
Happy Tuesday!

(because EVERY day is Pants Day!)
